Ingredients

  • 2 clv garlic, chopped finely
  • 5 piece fresh ginger, chopped finely
  • 1⁄4 c raisins chopped finely
  • 1⁄2 c sultanas chopped finely
  • 1⁄4 c brown vinegar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1⁄2 c cheap peanut butter
  • 1 c water or more if it gets too thick
  • 1 t sambal oelek (ground chilli paste)
  • 1 lime

Instructions

Heat in saucepan - stir to dissolve sugar
Turn heat down
Cook 20 mins

  • pine nuts
  • 3 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 tbsp pecorino cheese, grated

Blend together, using enough oil to obtain the right consistency for you

Serve on felafel and salad in flat bread. Also great as a dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 1⁄2 c tahini
  • 1⁄2 c fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1 1⁄2 c yoghurt
  • 1⁄4 c finely minced spring onions
  • 1 clv garlic, medium
  • 1⁄4 c finely minced parsley
  • 1 ds cayenne
  • 1 ds paprika
  • 1⁄2 t ground cummin
  • 1 ds tamari

Instructions

Beat well (electric mixer if you wish)
The more you whisk the thicker it gets
