Description
Editors Note - I must say this IS extremely delicious.
Ingredients
- 2 clv garlic, chopped finely
- 5 piece fresh ginger, chopped finely
- 1⁄4 c raisins chopped finely
- 1⁄2 c sultanas chopped finely
- 1⁄4 c brown vinegar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1⁄2 c cheap peanut butter
- 1 c water or more if it gets too thick
- 1 t sambal oelek (ground chilli paste)
- 1 lime
Instructions
Heat in saucepan - stir to dissolve sugar
Turn heat down
Cook 20 mins
