Description
Easy peasy lemon squeezy and v yummy.
Ingredients
- 1 "cyndy's unbaked sweet short crust pastry flan" (available from your supermarket freezer)
- 350 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 90 g sugar
- nutmeg
Instructions
Beat eggs well, then add milk stirring slowly, next add sugar.
Beat until sugar is dissolved.
Pour into unbaked flan, sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake at 216 degrees C (420 degrees F) Approx 25 min
